FormFire enables Brokers to see which Groups are renewing, which should be renewing and provide your customers with a better picture of their Group’s health. All of the reports listed below can be exported to PDF to provide Groups with summaries and provide Brokers with presentation material for renewals.
Activity Reporting
See which Groups are coming up for renewal and which Employees are complete or updating. You can also see a yearly snapshot of clients added, number of Employees in each Group and their renewal date.
Medical Condition Summaries
Medical summaries can help Brokers explain why a Group is rated a certain way. Such a summary could even be the basis of a corporate wellness plan. Brokers can also compare a Group’s health metrics against other industries.
Rx Summary
The Rx Summary itemizes medication, including an employee count, Active Ingredient and Dosage, Dosage Frequency, Date Started and Ended and the Condition for which it is/was being taken. This can be a powerful tool for Brokers making Carrier and Plan recommendations to clients.
Group Health Audit Report
The Group Health Audit Report combines our two most popular reports, the Medical Conditions Summary report and the Prescription Summary report, into one convenient report. This reporting feature enables Brokers to quickly and efficiently review a Group’s health risk, as well as compare it to other Groups, to better understand how it may affect their eligibility with a Carrier.
BMI Comparison
Body mass index (BMI) is an estimate of body fat that can help gauge a person’s risk for diseases like heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and more. The BMI Comparison shows Brokers how Groups compare to other Groups within FormFire, which can enable Brokers to provide more accurate quotes to Groups.
Tobacco Use Comparison
Smoking can contribute to a number of diseases, including cancer, heart disease, stroke and more. The Tobacco Use Comparison not only shows Brokers how Groups compare to other Groups within FormFire but can also enable them to better explain why a Group is rated a certain way. Such a report could even be the basis of a corporate tobacco cessation program.
