Recent FormFire Updates

We made some new updates to FormFire this past weekend. The goodies include more 2014 censuses, changes to the mapping engine, inclusion of tobacco cessation programs, and the new ability to reset a password via text. New Spreadsheets Available Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield of Georgia, Common Ground, Coventry, Humana, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Summa spreadsheets for 2014 are now available on the “Generate Census” page, and we have more in the works. Broker ID, FFM, and NPN fields The Broker ID, FFM, and NPN fields are now all available to Service Representatives. They were previously only available to the Account Executive, Customer Administrator, and General Agent user roles. See our knowledge base article for instructions on how to add your information. Employee Transfer Process Upon transferring to a new group, an employee will now be required to resubmit an electronic signature. This is being done to ensure the employee has viewed the correct forms and plan choices associated with their new employer. Tobacco Cessation Programs All users who select “Yes” for Tobacco Use will now be asked if they are actively trying to quit through a smoking cessation program. This is vital information for the support of multiple carriers in 2014. Password Reset via Text Message Users will now be able to reset their password using a confirmation code sent to their mobile phone. The user will be instructed to enter the code on the password reset page and then will be able to create a new password.
