Tim is joining us as our new IT Manager. He will be responsible for managing the IT team, handling security and policies, as well as maintaining equipment and network infrastructure. He most recently worked at National Automotive Experts & NWAN in Strongsville as the IT Manager with very similar responsibilities. Tim managed a team of support technicians to provide IT solutions and services to a team of over 110 associates, with a call center of over 35 agents. He has an excess of 17 years of IT Operations experience and has been responsible for infrastructure design and security of many networks.
